At Travel Habesha, we operate as an affiliate travel agency. This means we help customers find and compare flights, hotels, and travel deals through our trusted travel partners. We do not issue airline tickets, hotel reservations, or travel services directly. All bookings are made through the external partner websites we link to.

Because of this, all cancellations, changes, and refund requests must be handled directly through the travel provider where the booking was completed.

We Do Not Process Cancellations or Refunds

Travel Habesha does not:

  • Issue tickets

  • Modify existing bookings

  • Cancel reservations

  • Approve or decline refunds

  • Charge or collect payments

All transactions are processed by our affiliate partners such as airlines, hotels, or travel booking platforms.

Each airline, hotel, or booking platform has its own policies regarding:

  • Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility

  • Change fees

  • No-show rules

  • Flexible or non-refundable fares

How to Cancel or Change Your Booking

Travel Habesha does not issue or track refunds.

Non-Refundable Tickets

If a booking was made under non-refundable terms, the provider may decline all refund requests.

As an affiliate travel agency, Travel Habesha is responsible for:

  • Redirecting customers to trusted booking platforms

  • Offering travel search tools and resources

We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by airlines or hotels

  • Booking errors made on partner websites

  • Refund approvals or denials

  • Customer service provided by third-party travel companies
